Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected
  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping cost may be deducted

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible
